Membership
Memberships are customized to provide, at a minimum, 1-on-1 guided activity-based training, to meet the individuals needs and goals.
A minimum of 2-3 hours of activity-based training per day, 2-3 times per week, depending on injury level and goals is recommended.
Memberships follow a sliding scale based on frequency of attendance.
Memberships are paid on a monthly basis.
